Client Information

The client information that is collected to process your order might include contact information (name, mailing address, telephone number, fax number and/or email address); corporate information (Business name, trade name, trade-mark, description of business, information regarding directors, officers, members, shareholders); and financial information (name on account, credit card number), among others, depending upon the nature of your order. Outside the Box Accounting Inc. may also collect other information that you voluntarily provide to Outside the Box Accounting Inc. use through responses to surveys, questionnaires, email requests and the like. The contact information, corporate information and financial information from the order form are used to process your request. The client’s contact, corporate and financial information is private and confidential. All information is secured and maintained on-file in Outside the Box Accounting Inc. offices and is sometimes used to contact the client for purposes of completing the services requested by the client. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the client and this information is not shared with anyone outside of Outside the Box Accounting Inc. , except the merchant bank and/or other transaction processor for the processing of credit card orders and the government or other relevant authority office to which the requested documents will be filed or submitted.

IP Address

Outside the Box Accounting Inc. ’ hosting service may log Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser types and referred logs which are used by Outside the Box Accounting Inc. ’ our marketing personnel and/or consultants for internal purposes only.


Outside the Box Accounting Inc. may also collect information, or may use outside companies to collect information, about you and your use of the Site through the use of Cookies. How long we retain your data
